Rick has 30 years of experience leading organizational and executive development efforts for Cisco Systems\, Fidelity Investments\, and Bank of America. He developed a deep expertise in designing organizations\, developing talent\, and leading large scale transformations.  Most recently has been working as an executive coach for Harvard Business School and partnering with executives from around the world who attend the School’s Executive Education programs.\n \nRick graduated from Brown University with a BA and MA in English and with an MBA from Babson. Rick lives in Concord\, MA with his wife (Keri)\, two boys (Christopher and Benjamin)\, and two dogs who keep him in shape with daily long walks in the woods.  In his spare time\, he volunteers his consulting services to non-profit organizations and his mentoring to proteges around the country.
