His expertise is in leadership development and coaching\, management and employee training\, and teambuilding facilitation. Most recently\, Matt served as Associate Director of Training and Development at Genetics Institute\, where he was responsible for developing and delivering training seminars on a variety of topics\, facilitating teambuilding and problem-solving meetings\, and employee coaching and development. Previously\, he worked alongside human resources leaders at General Electric. He began his career as a Military Intelligence Officer for the United States Army. Matt earned his Master of Public Policy & Management degree in Organizational Behavior at Yale School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Behavioral Sciences from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
