His expertise is in leadership development and coaching\, management and employee training\, and teambuilding facilitation. Most recently\, Matt served as Associate Director of Training and Development at Genetics Institute\, where he was responsible for developing and delivering training seminars on a variety of topics\, facilitating teambuilding and problem-solving meetings\, and employee coaching and development. Previously\, he worked alongside human resources leaders at General Electric. He began his career as a Military Intelligence Officer for the United States Army. Matt earned his Master of Public Policy & Management degree in Organizational Behavior at Yale School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Behavioral Sciences from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

SUMMARY:Hands-on Activity at Everett High School
DESCRIPTION:Assist our BioTeach Instructors as they deliver hands-on biotech labs to high schoolers as part of our Access Biotechnology after school program. Help students learn how to use basic biotech techniques to learn how medicines can be purified during biomanufacturing by using chromatography to separate a mix of molecules. \nConnect with students and share your personal career journey.  \nExperience in basic lab techniques such as micropipetting and chromatography are a welcome but not required. Any necessary training will be provided on the day of the event.
