Description

Accelerated Leadership is an immersive leadership development program designed for professionals seeking to strengthen their ability to lead with clarity, influence, and strategic impact within life sciences organizations. Meet the Instructor

Rick Lyman
Founder & President, Executive Consulting and Coaching

Rick is a leadership consultant and executive coach with over 30 years of experience supporting leaders and organizations across a wide range of industries, including biotechnology, healthcare, technology, financial services, and manufacturing. He has led organizational and executive development initiatives for companies such as Boston Scientific, Cisco Systems, Fidelity Investments, and Bank of America, and currently works as an executive coach with Harvard Business School’s Executive Education programs. Rick holds a BA and MA from Brown University and an MBA from Babson College.
